This happened to a good friend of mine. David Kernell, the former Tennessee student convicted of hacking into Sarah Palin’s personal e-mail account, was sentenced on Friday to one year in custody. Kernell, 22, was convicted earlier this year of misdemeanor computer intrusion and a felony count of obstruction of justice. The jury found him not guilty of a wire-fraud charge and hung on a fourth charge for identity theft, after four days of deliberatin20 years in custody and fines to $250,000.

I use to work at Festive (ID hidden) The clerk would talk to people to confuse them. She then hide their card and people would think they got it back. The Hispanic woman was arrested in secret and people who lost their cards were NEVER notified to save the embarassment of the store. The store also had Selminal (sp) at their store and no one kinew about it and thousands of people got sick (in secret).
